About The Book
The University of Minnesota’s storied sports history comes to life like never before in The “M” Club Hall of Fame, a new book honoring the nearly 300 men and women athletes and contributors who have left a truly amazing legacy here in Gold Country. The purpose of the book is to not only celebrate their achievements and accolades, but also to raise funds and awareness for the “M” Club. One of the principal goals of the organization will be to provide scholarship opportunities for the sons and daughters of former Gopher student-athletes. It is a cause which is certainly near and dear to our hearts. While this is the inaugural issue of the book, we are pleased to announce that it will be an annual affair, with each new class of inductees being honored in a new, updated publication that can be collected and treasured by fans and boosters alike. From Bronko Nagurski to Patty Berg, the book is a venerable treasure trove of memories and biographies for all to enjoy.
